The eldest kid was yet to be selected, now the cast is COMPLETE..
The upcoming Star Plus show, ‘Meenu Mausi,’ has been buzzing the news brigade since a long time now. While yesterday was the day to rejoice for Sanaya Irani fans as it was confirmed that her comeback show is finally happening and is in fact, set to begin with the shoot.
We also revealed the base plot of the show where stalwart actors like Hiten Tejwani and Chhavi Mittal will be playing husband and wife and Sanaya Irani will play Chhavi’s sister, Meenu. The husband-wife duo has three kids, where Sparsh Khanchandani will be playing the middle sister and Uzair Basar will be playing the youngest kid. Also, Harshad Chopda has been paired opposite Sanaya and will be playing the lead role.
In an ensemble cast like this, there was just one character missing and that was the character of the eldest kid. And now completing the cast and playing the eldest kid is actress Avneet Kaur.
Avneet is best known for her performances in shows like ‘Meri Maa’, and ‘Hamari Sister Didi’ among others.
The whole cast will soon be shooting the pilot episode.
With the show finally ready and rolling, the excitement levels can only rise higher.
